The Management of our company is committed to the production and provision (trade, storage, distribution) of safe products that satisfy its customers’ requirements, taking all necessary measures.
To this end:
- implements a Food Safety Management System across all its processes, in accordance with standard ELOT EN ISO 22000:2018
- faithfully implements the applicable Community and National legislation
- maintains appropriate premises, facilities and equipment and implements modern production, provision and control systems
- continuously improves and maintains the facilities and processes it implements
- employs appropriately trained, responsible and informed personnel for the production and provision of safe products
- maintains mechanisms for immediate intervention and response when deemed necessary
- appropriately manages communication matters with suppliers and subcontractors, customers and consumers, competent authorities and other organizations
- sets measurable targets on product safety matters which it continuously strives to improve
The present Safety Policy of the Company is reviewed for its suitability during the annual review.
