Every stage of production, from selecting raw materials to the final product, follows the highest quality standards. Our goal is always to offer products that stand out not only for their taste but also for the care behind their creation.
Safety and quality are at the center of every production stage. We operate in a completely glass-free environment, minimizing contamination risks from foreign objects. We also maintain our own chemical and microbiological laboratory where regular microbiological, physicochemical, and chemical checks are carried out in compliance with Greek and European regulations. Our production lines are equipped with foreign-body detection systems to ensure maximum safety for every product.
Protecting the environment is an essential part of our philosophy and daily operations. Every stage of our production process — from design and manufacturing to transportation — follows sustainability principles. We actively participate in the Hellenic Recycling Organization, ensuring responsible packaging management and promoting a culture of reuse.
Our production process incorporates biological waste treatment systems that help protect the environment. Through continuous investments in new technologies, we aim for higher quality standards and lower emissions.
As part of our commitment to sustainable growth, we implement certified environmental management systems while closely monitoring our actions to reduce our environmental footprint. We also run extensive recycling programs for packaging materials, paper, plastics, metals, batteries, electrical equipment, and used oils. Additionally, we have started distributing our products using fully electric trucks whenever possible.

We make sure to offer options that combine pleasure and balance. We create our products by faithfully following the trends of modern nutrition, systematically reducing sugar and fat, while at the same time choosing their best forms. We have chosen not to use animal gelatin anywhere in our recipes, but innovative fibers, making our products healthier and enhancing our Vegan proposals. Our Ice Cream is made exclusively from fresh milk, while our Sorbets contain only fruit, with no added colors or aromas.
For us, every creation starts from the right foundations. We focus on the careful selection of raw materials, because that is where the secret of quality is hidden. We choose only the best ingredients and combine them creatively, so that you always enjoy the best taste result.
