Dietary advices:
- It is important to eat several meals every day, at least 3 to 5 per day. This helps maintain a constant sugar level during the day and helps the weight loss.
- Reducing the daily meals does not help weight loss in long terms.
- Do not eat large evening meals. It has been shown that the calories we take during a day are used by the body to produce energy, while the calories we take in the evening, remain unused and accumulate in the body as fat.
- Drink a lot of water per day. It has been shown that consumption of at least 8 glasses of water per day helps to burn fat in the body.
- Do not remove from your diet product, which is considered to fatten. Fats and sugars in reasonable quantities, are essential to proper functioning of the body.
- Do not limit your diet from starchy foods (like bread, potatoes, etc.) simply do not come with fat and pachyntikes sauces and other ingredients.

- Foods rich in fiber (such as wholemeal bread) help the smooth functioning of the gut to reduce weight and cholesterol.
- Do not leave hungry from our home at the morning. A good breakfast gives the body the necessary energy and nutrients.
- Watch out for the GDAs on the products you consume, so check the daily intake in calories and fat.
